2 That the following minutes be adopted: March 15, 2021

That the "2021 Clean-Up Week and Hazardous Waste Event outcome Staff Report" be received.

That Staff Report dated June 16th, 2021 of the Director of Public Works be received; and THAT staff be directed to approach both Huron Lodge and AJ Bus Lines regarding a (1) year contract extension of both Specialized and Conventional Transit Services until August 31st, 2022. and That the report be forwarded to Council.

That Staff Report ENV2021-02 dated June 14th, 2021 of the Director of Public Works be received; And THAT council approves contract ENV2021-02 regarding provision of residential curbside garbage collection services for a five year period to GFL Environmental for a total amount of $892,604. plus applicable taxes. And That the report be forwarded to Council.

That Staff Report ENV2021-03 dated June 15, 2021 of the Director of Public Works be received; And THAT contract ENV2021-03 be forwarded to council for approval for both residential curbside and overhead bin recycling collection services to GFL Environmental for a 54 month period at a total amount of $954,830.00 plus applicable taxes. And That the report be forwarded to Council.

That the "Engineering Inspection on the Rio Den Arena Staff Report" be received; and 4 That, the report outlining the cost of tearing down and building a smaller building for the Children Summer Day Care be brought back to the Public Services Committee meeting.

That the Infrastructure Services Update Report be received and forwarded to Council.

That the meeting be adjourned at the hour of 8:20 pm.
