Ad Hoc Budget Committee

That the minutes of the April 5, 2022 meeting of the 2022 Ad Hoc Budget Committee be adopted.

THAT the report of the Director of Finance and Treasurer re. Revised 2022 Salaries and Benefits Budget for the Consideration of Council be moved into closed session

That the Ad Hoc Budget Committee move into closed session at 3:03 pm.

THAT the Ad Budget Committee move into open session at 4:36 pm

THAT the Summer Day Camp be cancelled and that line item be removed from the 2022 budget. For (6): N. Mann, D. Marchisella, E. Pearce, S. Finamore, C. Patrie, and T. Turner

THAT the 3rd bylaw officer position line item be removed from the table in the 2022 Operating Budget though it is not reflected in the operating budget. For (5): N. Mann, D. Marchisella, S. Finamore, C. Patrie, and T. Turner Against (1): E. Pearce

THAT the report of the Director of Finance/Treasurer re: 2022 Operating Budget be received; AND THAT the 2022 Operating Budget be forwarded to Council as amended by removing Summer Day Camps from the 2022 operating budget and removing the third by-law officer position from the report, for their approval; AND THAT the necessary bylaw be placed on an upcoming Council agenda for consideration. For (6): N. Mann, D. Marchisella, E. Pearce, S. Finamore, C. Patrie, and T. Turner

That the meeting be adjourned at the hour of 5:11 pm.
