Economic Development Standing Committee

That the following minutes be adopted: March 4, 2025

That Council approve the Community Improvement Plan application by Mehra Elliot Lake for the property located at 255 Highway 108; and That upon obtaining the occupancy permit for the completed development, the funds be transferred from the CIP Reserve.

That Council approve the MOU between the City and the Elliot Lake ATV Club for use of the Mount Dufour Ski Hill Parking Lot; and That the appropriate By-Law be passed.

That the memo from the Manager of Economic Development regarding the 2025 Summer Shop Local Event be received.

That the committee proceed into closed session as per the provisions under section 239 of the Municipal Act, 2001 at the hour of 4:01 pm.

That the committee return to open session at the hour of 4:30 pm.

That the memo from the Manager of Economic Development regarding MNR Land Acquisition be forwarded to Council for review.

That the meeting adjourn at the hour of 4:30 pm.
